bim 1We know that it can be difficult for clients to really understand how a building will look – and crucially, how the space will work – when looking at paper architectural plans.

At Anthony Keith Architects, we overcome this problem by creating virtual, 3D building models (using a system known as Building Informational Modelling, or as it is more commonly known, BIM), from which all of the building information can be extracted. We do this for all projects and have done so for over a decade.

bim 2During this process, all of the elements of the building are stored as 3D sections, making it very easy to produce 3D visualisations of the project.

One significant advantage of this process is that is provides you, the client, with the time, space and choice to explore and evaluate different solutions; such as the best way to suit your spatial requirements.

As a result, projects have greater predictability and ultimately an optimised solution, because you will have the freedom to choose the design you really want.

pdsa manchesterThis means a design that meets all of your requirements and ensures that we can make use of the most intelligent and advanced solutions available that fit with your budget.

As a result, clients feel much more in control of projects, ensuring a more efficient, cost-effective and sustainable final building.

If you would like to bring your project to life by viewing and appraising 3D building models, then we believe it is best for us to start by discussing your project in greater detail.
