Anthony Keith Architects has extensive experience in housing projects from conversions and extensions to detached houses and more recently Housing Association projects and housing for special needs and learning difficulties.

The practice won the Lord Mayors Design Award 2005 for Refurbishment / conservation and the RICS Award 2006 for Community Benefit for St Silas Church Byker.  This project involved the refurbishment and alteration of a listed Church and construction of a new block of 19 bedsits and a wardens bungalow.
